SHIPPING, PICK-UP, & PROCESSING

At Gaia's Greenery, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable experience. Please note that orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship through USPS and offer Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express services. Once your package is shipped, any delays, issues, or damages are beyond Gaia's Greenery's control and must be addressed with USPS using the tracking information provided. For assistance or questions, feel free to contact us.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in receiving an item internationally, please reach out, and we will work with you to explore options.

For local customers, we offer convenient pick-up in Davisburg, Michigan, at 9009 Sherwood Drive, Davisburg, MI, 48350. Pick-up is available during the following times:

• Wednesdays: 11 AM to 1 PM

• Fridays: 4 PM to 6 PM

When you arrive, your item(s) will be labeled and placed in the cooler on the front porch, which is accessible via the ramp. If you encounter any issues or need assistance during pick-up, please don’t hesitate to call us at 248-703-8986.
